Policy Highlights:

• Returns/exchanges accepted within 15 days of purchase.
  

• Perfumes must have at least 90% of the product remaining.
  

• Applies only to perfume bottles.
  

• Not applicable 5ML Testers.
  

• Processing time: 5–6 working days.
  

• Small charges may apply if packaging is missing or damaged (Cellophane Rs.20, Box Rs.50, Tester Rs.30, Perfume liquid up to Rs 200 on every 10%).
