4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Our Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases.

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided conditions are met (minimum 90% perfume remaining, original packaging, eligible product categories only).

  • Certain items (samples, testers, mists, candles, etc.) are non-returnable.
